We will figure out the most profitable way to renovate your home before we list it. Whether it's just one bathroom that needs updating or it's the entire house. This option isn't for everybody. In most cases this would be the most profitable option. The downside is it will take the most time and you might not be able to live in the house while the renovation is taking place.
